Who We Are :

Union Baptist Church is a Southern Baptist Church and an active member of the Harmony Baptist Association.

As Southern Baptists, Union Baptist shares a common bond of basic Biblical beliefs called doctrines and a commitment to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ to the world. We use these doctrines as guidelines for membership, fellowship, and as a basis for Christian education. We adhere to The Baptist Faith & Message which is the statement of beliefs adopted by the Southern Baptist Convention. More information about Southern Baptist beliefs and programs may be found at www.sbc.net.

The Harmony Baptist Association is one of 49 local associations working together with the Florida Baptist Convention. The Harmony Baptist Association is comprised of Southern Baptist churches in the four county area of Alachua, Columbia, Gilchrist and Levy Counties. The association exists to assist cooperating churches in fulfilling their mission and to assist in starting new churches. More information onThe Harmony Baptist Association may be found at www.hbafl.org.

Plan of Salvation :

Admit you are a sinner. Romans 3:10-12 & 23

Understand that as a sinner, you deserve death. Romans 6:23

Believe Jesus Christ died on the cross to save you from sin and death. Romans 5:8

Repent by turning from your old life of sin to a new life in Christ and receive, through faith in Jesus Christ, his free gift of salvation. Romans 10:9-10 & 13
